one thing i did notice on one of those build up eps that aired...wilder was having his aunt cook soul food in that camp...although yes he is a heavyweight and doesnt need to make weight..i couldn't help but wonder should he be eating that and training? :patrice:...i think his conditioning went off the rails something crazy

And I think it was Max Kellerman, during the post fight coverage, I cant find the clip. Kellerman said he had a conversation with Fury before the fight and he said when he broached the topic of winning the WBC title and then taking all the belts in a unification bout, Fury said something like oh no, I have already gotten to those belts and I want no parts of them again.

I assumed it was because of the reminder of the dark times mentally that happened after he won all those belts from beating Klitchsko.

I wish I could find the clip. It was an interesting thing for him to say.

Fury says a lot of things he doesn't mean I wouldn't worry about that :russ:

Just before he left the arena, he said if Wilder didn't exercise the rematch clause then bring on AJ.

His Dad isn't just a fan like the rest of us, so it's natural he would want him to go out on top with his health intact.

This was probably well over 1M buys. I may have slightly underestimated the hype. Was hearing all kind of random conversations about this fight over the past two days. Fox/ESPN did a great job. The cross promotion was great. Nobody shilling for the company fighter. Commentating wasn't annoying. Hopefully the success gives incentive to make Spence/Crawford.

I told y all man, I know his mentality.:manny: . He will never concede anything to no man on this planet.Once he does that, he will never be the same guy ever again.

Personally I dont think Fury is a good match up for Wilder. Fury too skilled, too boxing smart and too big for a Wilder who does not have enough of the technical boxing skills acumen to offset some of Furys tactics.

Hell I dont think any of the active heavyweights including AJ can consistently beat a fighter like Fury.

But Wilders athleticism and right hand is capable of taking out Fury. It's not impossible even after watching that demolishing Saturday night.

It will be a miracle for Wilder to win

It's not even about the skill, He's figured Wilder out. Fury knows when Wilder is ready to throw the right.

Once the right hand is out of position you can just step in. I fully understand his statuary know.

And the body work. :ohlawd:

He wants to end his career I guess. He might literally die in the ring if he tries to fight again in July.

Blaming the costume is a goof ball move. He had no legs because he got rocked and he happens to have the weakest legs in the division.
Lol! Wow....if this is how a man wants to go out...Spartacus style..so be it
