I can't blame Wilder for feeling that way. I just think it's a trainer's job to protect a fighter from himselfAs far as the breland shyt, it's really not our place to speak on. But if deontay really had a sit down with his guys and told them flat out don't you EVER throw in the towel on me, that's what it is. We clown on guys who quit but then criticize a guy who refuses to. Can't have it both ways. If deontay made it clear to never throw in the towel on him, breland should have stepped down if he wasn't comfortable with it. The fighter is the one who gets in the ring.
Even fury himself said that his team should never throw in the towel. Some guys are not fukking around when they say they're ready to die in there. They view that shyt as an honorable way to go. And Wilder is right. He's out here claiming he wants to catch a body. You can't be saying shyt like that and not be ready to give your own life if it comes down to it. I can't hate on any fighter who has that mentality. It's some shyt us regular people will never understand. That's why those guys are the greatest warriors on the planet. They're a different breed of man.
But that being said. I don't think he'll really fire him. I just think he's still angry and wants breland to truly respect his commands. I think he'll forgive him with time.
Deontay shouldn’t even have his phone right now. How did his team let him give that interview
that bag he would get for that AJ fight would be crazy though...Yea u are probably right, Fury may not fight AJ if he loses to Wilder in Part three.
I'm not even sure Fury is interested in the AJ fight at all to be honest. His father wants him to stop after Saturday night and I think Max Kellerman said that Fury told him that he was not interested in fighting Joshua for the undisputed title before Saturday Nights Fight.
The way he and his father were talking before and after Wilder Fury II. I legit think he will do one more match with Wilder and win or lose, maybe fight someone on the second tier to fulfill his ESPN contract and sail off into the sunset.
He has proven so much coming back from where he came from and last saturday night could have been peak for him, 80 million dollar contract with espn, became wbc champion in such convincing fashion and mentally healthy.

And Breland did Wilder a favor. Because he just didn't have his legs and he was not recovering. Better to take an early night, recover and take the rematch then to suffer more punishment and potentially not be able to ever have a rematch
that bag he would get for that AJ fight would be crazy though...
...the UK would explode...
...would be the biggest fight that country ever had.
What are they saying?Yea I know but the way Fury and his dad are talkin tho . His mental health takes priority over the bag to them 10 out of 10 times.
Right. His girl need to take his phone away and remind him he got a family to supportIts unfortunate breland is the fall guy but wilder cannot allow a 270 pound man to trap him in the corner defenseless and tee off after wobbling, bleeding, and being dropped....boxers die from taking punishment like that....and if the worst happened because you wanted to go out on your shield then what?
nikka is being silly and is concussed....someone needs to tell him to chill out and enjoy his 60 milly payday as hes recovering
What are they saying?
I want my son to retire now,” John Fury said of his son on “Good Morning Britain.”
“That’s just my opinion, because I think he’s done enough. He’s got no more to prove. He’s proved he’s been a worthy champion for his country. He’s been 13 years as a pro and he’s always been the opponent. Wherever he’s gone to, it’s been an uphill battle for him. He’s 32 years old, he’s got a young family, and I do believe his children deserve a father, and he’s done enough. That’s my opinion. I want him to pack it in now, and I’ve said that to him.”
I think it’s in the back of his mind, to be fair, because he can’t do any more. He’s won every professional title there is to win,” John Fury said. “I think enough’s enough and there’s more to life now.”
Fury did say before the Wilder fight that he would consider retiring when his contract is up.
“I’ve not got an age, but I’ve got three fights left on my contract with ESPN,” Fury told ESPN.com last week. “And after that, I will seriously think about walking away.”
