yea, its pretty much seen as the best year for wrestling of the past 22 years. Monday night era to present.
but on the surface, in terms of biggest & most groundbreaking/impactful tho, its kinda like the middle child, sandwiched in-between the game-changing year of '96, and the boom of '98. and OP may not be in IWC like that, so I can see it from that standpoint.
