First of all, some of these are dark skinned cacs. They came from slave master ancestry and lived high on the hog, while the descendants of slaves was stuck at the botttom. They always tried to move to non black areas and create their own haven. The common bruh don't know "they not like us" and try moving in their areas too when they get money. I refuse to be harsher on the Black lower class because, too often, Black people are not granted the same grace as others. Every race and demographic exhibits the behaviors you describe, yet we tend to hold ourselves to a stricter standard while overlooking similar actions from white, Asian, and Hispanic communities.
