Where did you get that information? The agent receives a commission, the rest goes to the club / company that has the player pass.

A player can get part of the fee. He has it in his contract. He also has a contract with his agent, and they have signing on bonuses which are part of the fee.
The player can get a loyalty bonus from the selling club too. It's all in the link posted before
