:patrice::jbhmm: interesting framing.

It kinda sounds like it's punching left (calling him a socialist) but at the same time the qualifer makes a regular socialist sound like the correct position (in a way destigmatizing it). I dunno man lol. Some mind games lol.

Probably my ears hearing it a certain way tho.

Saying he's redistributing to the top sounds fire cuz it makes people go "wth, they don't need it, redistribute to the bottom." I know it's nothing new but the use of socialist with this kinda sounds good.

Some Democrats really like defending the most trash ones when there is no need.

If only Democrats would go at Republicans as hard as they go at each other. :martin:

Feinstein is 85 and she's part of an old guard that went against things the base wants.. esp in CA.

Plus, California has a jungle primary. Top two regardless of party go to the general. So its her against De Leon with just under 4 months to campaign. She's the favorite but he has a shot.

This is a good thing.

My concern isn't about California specifically, it's that all this infighting will cause people to stay home on election day if their person doesn't win the primary.

We don't need some Bernie-or-bust BS again.

I see what you’re saying.

But in a year where’s enthusiasm among Ds is high, I think that’s is minimized much more than 2016.
