republicans have a super duper majority in the state house so even if gillum won most of the things he campaigned on couldn't possibly be fulfilled. but anything desantis wants can be put into law if it's agreeable to the right wing (which more than likely it would be). so even i didn't agree with gillum on some things fiscally that would be a much better outcome that continue republican domination in tally without the possibility of a veto.

you listed all that's wrong with this state, republicans have been in control of all levers of state govt since lawton chiles died in '98.
