From what I read, the NAACP is filing suit for “voter irregularities” in Md and Fla. it does seem fishy to me that 18% of Black women voted for desantos, but I am no expert on fla. what y’all think?
18% of black women didn't vote for desantis, an exit polling organization said that. exit polling results like that can't then be used to say something fishy went on. i wouldn't be surprised if a big group pf black republican women went to the polls together and got hit up for questions and fukked up the sample.

i can see why some black people have no faith in voting and politics in general. considering the events leading up to the midterm...magabomber, racist supermarket shooter, synagogue killer, caravan fear mongering nationalist claiming potus...it seems like there is no way the gop should have picked up anything in the senate, should have lost the house by a larger margin, and some of these gov races should have flipped blue. that didn't happen though.

what this says to me is that most white people are either racist to some extent or are apathetic to racism in general. the rhetoric is pushing any sense of decency to the bushes.

i don't see it getting better brehs. the younger generation of white people aren't progressive at all. the older and younger generation want to hold on to something they know they are losing their grip on aka the majority. but they see they can still hold on to institutional majority which is the next best thing to them.

i'm not giving up on voting, but i can see it being a struggle to keep black people involved when it seems like people have all the reasons necessary to purge this administration and it turns out like this. disappointed brehs.
