Looks like Gillum has pulled closer to DeSantis and they are a couple hundred votes from triggering a recount. Votes counted today brought him to .60 and if he gets down to .50, there is a state mandated recount.

NJ election results 2018: Did Andy Kim win?


Just saw on NJTV that final vote tallies might not come through until next week.

I underestimated how many mail-in ballots and provisional ballots were left uncounted because I forgot our governor signed a law 3 months ago that automatically sent out mail-in ballots if you requested one last year. Regardless if you wanted one this year or not. So that flooded the election committees with thousands of more votes. And if you showed up in person without knowing that, you had to fill out a provisional ballot.

Burlington County has tons more votes left to count and they overwhelmingly supported Kim, so he's in a great position right now.
