only 60% of young people (18-29) believe the upcoming elections are VERY IMPORTANT. meanwhile 86% of old people (60+) believe the elections are VERY IMPORTANT. smh young people in this country ain't shyt.

I had a convo with someone about this earlier.

We shyt on young voters and say they aren't shyt when looking at these numbers. We need to start asking why they feel this way. 9/11 happened when we were young. Our privacy got invaded. Then when we began to work, the 2008 crisis occurred. Student loan debt is out of control.

It is easy to say young voters aren't shyt, but let's start figuring out why. The world has fukked this generation over in a way I can't explain, and it won't get better.

You say vote, but they came out for Obama, and the world didn't change that much. My only point is let's look at why instead of writing them off.
