Not even that. Just another case for a graduated licensing system. Keep kids out of cars w/x amt of horsepower, no RWD, etc until they are ~22 or so. Do more in depth driver's ed training and make licensing more stringent. This prob would not have happened if dude was in a Corolla, his parents are idiots for putting him behind the wheel of a god damn STi witha PERMITalchohol and tobacco lobbyists all over this as we speak
