I actually know what you talking about now that I think about it. They also had hard glasses too.

I remember most of those. Especially the toys and they even had the Disney movie cups, or was that burger king? Crazy how inflation and greed has changed the brand completely. It's like McDonald's isn't tally kid friendly anymore. They tried turning themselves into a fine dining joint instead of catering to their core audience. Bad enough that the food isn't good for you either but still. And the pricing is ridiculous now. I remember getting the big Mac meal and two apple pies for $4.02 back in the high school days around the early 2000s. Now that won't even get you the burger. :mjcry:

Real shyt, when that Monopoly shyt first hit, we had cousins and family members who hadn't spoken in 5 years all trying to collaborate for those game pieces. As a teen when I worked there, I always wondered what would happen if i just stole a gang of those cups and came up on game pieces that way.

Bruh, Breakfast at McDonald's used to be an event , like going to IHOP or any other breakfast diner. Between 6-10:30 am, McDonald's felt like a whole different restaurant . The vibe, everything. They wanted to make you feel like you were getting a real breakfast with them sausage mcmuffins and hotcakes .

My mom used to be a shift leader for McDonald's back in the 70s after high school. She told me when they performed well for the quarter/month , a McDonald's Prize van would come to her store to reward them with all kinds of piff. It was like the thing employees /restaurants looked forward to back then. Like a Employee "Ice cream truck"
