Get to a 4PPS Deadlift and a 3.5 PPS Squat & tell me if you don't feel your abs bulging /growing breh!

Also do weighted sit-ups .....several viartions i.e. romanian chairs, decline, flat version etc = Strong ass CORE.

From there on the revelation of your newly acquired chiseled up mid section is upto your diet antics!

Just eat at a caloric deficit and get your cardio on point.

Russian twists are another great core exercise, also you can take a 45 pound plate and do crunches with that.

Some detractors will bytch that crunches aren't good for your lumbar but fukk it, i've never noticed any problems from them

Six packs also depend a little on your muscle insertions, but almost anybody can achieve what most people consider a six pack by eating less and burning enough calories so you're at a caloric deficit

ive had a stress fracture in my lower back before. it wasnt from situps but i learned a lot about lower back injuries and stuff. i never do situps anymore. them shyts is horrible for you.

That's because your using your back to do it. Your back should have nothing to do with the exercise all your focus should be in your core and keeping your form so you don't end up using your back. Only real nikka situps/crunches is with your hands in front or in the air, all focus on the core, and never bend your back or let it touch the ground. That's the kinda shyt that put your gut on fire.
