O indeed im from the cliff still reside n the cliff but thats a dallas police dept substation thats located in singing hills. Buddy was comparing highland hills to balch springs though and i was just stating the fact balch springs has their own police dept like lancaster, duncanville, desoto so on. They are small suburban little cities that stay harrassing everybody u should already know. Thats how they generate most of their revenue
