So they charged the former officer with "murder" in the first degree. But now the narrative is he is a war veteran with PTSD and that will be his rallying cry long with hundreds of thousands of dollars paid to his private account for defense and to retire on once he's acquitted or gets out a in a few years.

Like others have said, he'll plea down and get it reduced to literally nothing..

If that's the case then he shouldn't have been hired as a cop in the 1st place:patrice: but that's another issue for another day and thats the whole reason they put that out there. To distract us from the issue at hand. Nice try though KKKacks:umad:

If anything, If i'm the prosecution I'm using that as an indictment on the entirety of the force or at least the leadership.

"If this man had PTSD and all officers are subject to psych evals, HOW is this man put on the streets to protect US (which should be said by a white prosecutor) when he's clearly struggling with his illness?"

"How was he allowed to have a firearm?"

"Why was he on the force at all?"

That defense opens the door to a whole nother can of worms that IMO causes the light to shine much harder on the systemic issue of Policing and not just this particular a$$hole's decision to shoot first.

That's exactly what I was getting at:salute:

He's going to get off. No point in even acting like we haven't seen how this'll play out.

It's damn near impossible to convict a cop of murder even if they kill an innocent white person, much less a black person.
