Pizza Hut and Subway are kind of like McDonald's. Not good but reliable and consistent. The quick service jawns will be OK.

Applebee's, Chili's, Red Lobster etc....got much more competition in the sitdown restaurant space. They gotta step their game wayyyy up, especially in major metros.
