Everybody grows up with a little nikka like this kid. The allure and status of the street of being down and popular is really what gets them. They swear they the hardest till they get hit with a reality check, unfortunately that reality check can even mean death as we saw in this kids case.

There was one when I was in 9th grade dude swore he was Blood, tried to give another Blood a pound one day after school except this nikka was authentic and g-checked him asked him who he was repping and what set he came from.

Dude literally had the copping pleas he got his ass beat...to my BX nikkas from Roosevelt all the way down to Fordham Plaza.

I was in mcdonalds one day and some nikka gave me the look...

If you around the 25-29 range, back in the day, at worst you got jumped..now its straight to gunplay

To me that's a cop out. Think about how many multi millionaires that hiphop made and how many rich people like Jay-Z, 50-Cent are around and how many people profited off of it that would otherwise be dead or lockedup. When you start saying it's poisoning the youth THAT'S BULLshyt! I'm not going to front and deny that hiphop has caused certain mofos to do negative stuff but they were stupid motherfukkers to begin with. Yeah, if it weren't for Hiphop this dead 14 year old kid would be in medical school with PHD but since this Trap Music broke mainstream now it's ruining nikkas future, bullshyt. Why is it I was raised in a two parent home in the suburbs, listened to the same Gangsta rap everybody else listened to and now I'm 34 with no criminal record? Does have to do more the music or my environment?

Exactly when I grew up the whole Morrisania was mostly a Bloods area, I grew up on Clay Ave so I'm real familiar with this area (there was a huge Bloods bust on my block in '06), I remember Morris being YG'z, anyway that's why I asked since when was nikkas Crips there.
