Unless Haney neutralizes Tank like no one else and make it look easy. Tank has faced no one NEAR THE SKILL LEVEL of Haney as a pro. Just fights C listers.
I truly think tank beats everyone haney has fought with no problems

I think tank would knock out the version of loma haney fought within 6 rounds.

I think tank knocks of Regis

But at the end of the day what I think doesn’t matter. Only one fighter is actually proving themselves.

I agree he would beaten Loma buy I always thought Mikey would knock out Loma too. Loma stayed away from certain guys but ESPN loved calling him p4p #1 to try to keep someone Black from being their #1.

I'm not gonna doubt Haney any more but I don't see how you guys think Tank somehow can't detonate on him at least once. Devin has elite boxing skills but he's not untouchable.

I don't think Devin has faced somebody as explosive and fast as Tank. Closest in speed was Linares and he managed to land clean once and we saw how badly Devin reacted.

IMO, Haney cruises to a UD if he manages to not get caught but that's a big if.

nikkas in here really wanna watch a mismatch?

Ryan is a certified grade a bum

We just seen this nikka haney fight Some who has slow feet, now ya wanna watch him vs a dude who has even worse footwork?
From a financial standpoint this makes sense. Ryan is a big draw and so is Haney. That's a PPV cash grab waiting to happen. No other fighter in the division is gonna net him that money. He could fight Matias but that fight won't do much for him since Matias is still unknown.

After watching his fight with Ryan, I can see Tank struggling big time with someone like Devin who has the smarts to go with the hand speed. Haney also showed lots of discipline in this recent fight since he didn't get baited into reckless exchanges for a possible stoppage. Haney has the skillset to keep Tank at a distance for all 12 rounds.

Tank beat Ryan and they crowned him the #1 star in boxing. What's going on here? Lol
nikka I was against that fight from day one.

I can post texts msgs of me and my homies arguing bout the match up. They big tank dikk eaters.

I legit predicted tank was gonna knock him out with the first clean punch he landed, and it almost came true.

Just because tank picked on the weak means haney should?

Finally caught the fight. Regis was tailor made for Haney. That's not taking anything away from him. Kinda reminded me of Floyd/Shane. Regis was completely lost on what to do in that ring. I wish Haney would've pressed the gas a bit more because I think he could've stopped him.

Haney looks physically great at 140. I'd like to see him spend some more time there before moving up to 147. Got a lot of interesting fights in that division.

I agree he has the skillset but he would need to be perfect for the whole fight.

Tank struggled against a lof of opponents until he didn't. Struggled against Romero, Barrios, Santa Cruz, Pedraza... And yet he managed to land at some point.

But we'll see... The fight has to be made first and that's probably the hardest part :mjlol:

I don't think Tank could handle losing his 0, he comes off as very attached to it and would maybe feel unworthy of Floyd's mentorship if he took an L....so I agree that this fight will likely not happen any time soon given Haney's current resume.
