From what I understand, word on the street is that Danielson is the arbitrator/penalizer for all things backstage in AEW, which allegedly includes issuing fines for perceived misconduct on social media (tweets that pose as detrimental to the brand or whatever).

Santana tweeted something like, "6 weeks" (yawn emoji)" with speculation being that he was saying that it's been 6 weeks since he's been on TV after his match with Ortiz.
