Dude, size will always be a thing in wrestling.

In Hollywood, they pick Supermans and Batmans based on whether it's believable that they'll be able kick people's asses, why would wrestling, which is actually simulated violence take whether you could credibly whoop somebody's ass into account.

What kind of logic is this?

Michael Keaton doesn't intimidate anyone. For god's sake, he did a movie titled Mr. Mom.

Brandon Routh looks like he'd throw slaps instead of fists in a fight.

No one who played Batman/Superman are hosses or even look intimidating. Affleck is the only one coming close to being a size guy. Grown men obsessed over other men's size are weirdos.

Wrasslin is about suspending belief, so it's funny when dummies say little guy would never take out big guy. And it's fukkin stupid when anyone can get KO'd no matter how big or small they are.

I think at some point we gotta recalibrate things through the current era. Like I hear that a lot about ratings. But it’s like ratings are down across the board everywhere when people continue to compare them to shyt from 1999. We never gonna see numbers like how it was back then again, so the current scale is the range

As far as Hollywood goes, a lot of guys are short, Tom Cruise and Stallone are 2 examples. There is too much nuance to use that as an example for wrestling… also UFC and Boxing been destroyed that stigma

No one wants to admit it but only an handful of big guys can actually deliver entertaining matches
