I might have to do a full breakdown on YT for this one but this fight was all about pace. Charlo pushed the action the first minute of every single round and forced Tony to put on the gas more than he probably wanted to. Charlo landed a lot of body shots that the commentary seemed to either miss or just not care to mention. Tony did great the first 6 rounds but the pace he fought at he couldn't sustain.

Ultimately Charlo was more conditioned and did better than ppl even gave him credit for on second watch. I had it scored 95-94 Charlo at the start of round 11 and I see why the judges had it that way. Tony ran out of gas in round 8, rallied and may have emptied the tank in round 10. Charlo put the pressure on in the 11th and got the TKO. Good card top to bottom overall.
Had the exact same way

Last judge had Charlo winning rounds 4-8? Nah...that's some bullshyt. lol. He was backed up several times and lost at least 3 rounds in that timeframe.

I'll be first to tag you once Charlo is popped for performance enhancements :sas2:

Secondly Charlo knows he was getting whipped until that hook bailed him out. Breh doesn't want to give Harrison a rematch after talking all of that smoke of wanting to go again to get the strap back in the first place. He was expecting the same Harrison from the first fight, while Charlo is the same fighter he has been. I believe Harrison saying his conditioning was bad due to layoff, his team had an excellent game plan.
What makes u believe he's juicing? Enough with the Fantasy. Harrison fought good. But now he's "has been rahman" now

Great fight last night & Mell did what he had to do to win. There's no doubt in my mind he was getting outboxed. Mell closed the gap the last few rounds but I thought Harrison was up by 2 before the final round.

After this fight I'm even more confident J-Rock beats Mell. He could do everything Harrison does but better, better stamina, & has way less mental lapses.

Oh, & Breadman called it about the judges cards in one of his mailbags the week before I believe

Edit here it is

"At this moment I honestly don’t know who wins this. If Jermell doesn’t clip Tony I expect another controversial decision.

What’s interesting is despite Harrison winning the first fight and being the champion he seems to be the B side in the promotion. Here is why I say this. The fight is in Southern California. Charlo lives in California, I’ve heard him call LA his second home. I felt like New York judges can appreciate the slick inner city boxing style. California judges like the more aggressive fighter. I don’t know who the judges will be but I don’t think Harrison will be able to get away with his conservative approach in the LA area with their crowd. I think Tony will have to try harder to get the same result... "

Pretty sure everyone fighting for the green belt gotta do random testing. Gym wise people have been talking about that whole camp for a while now could be hate but i dont think anyone juicing is signing up for random testing.

My face when Harrison got hurt in that 11. I was so sure he was gonna win man. went from taunting to taking an eight count.:mjcry:
He showed his inexperience. You got a killer in front of you and you out there dancing and shyt. And for what?.....just to prove you weren’t hurt?.....Smh. Just focus on the task at hand. You get hit, answer back. Trying to dance it off does nothing for you. But Charlo didn’t let it faze him. He just kept coming til he finally caught him.

Harrison is a good boxer but he doesn’t have great ring IQ. He looked really good early on, but he let Charlo impose his will and started fighting nervous. He also stopped sitting down on his punches and gave Charlo no reason to doubt himself. The scorecards mean nothing. At the end of the day, it was Charlo who broke Harrison’s will. A lot of guys get frustrated when they’re being outboxed. Charlo never did. He stayed composed and kept applying pressure til he broke him. charlo showed a lot of growth and maturity here.

This is the type of fight that both guys will come out the end of it better imo. Both did great things, both made mistakes both had a guy who had the rock to their scissors in front of them and had to figure it out. Love to see fights like this, might be my fav card of the year.

Hope the young breh isnt damaged goods ref should have stopped it after the back of his head hit the mat like that. Had that been nyc the dr would have jumped in.

Yeah that’s BS, I thought 5-7 were clear Harrison rounds but I actually had Charlo winning 8 easily

The only way I can see Charlo up on the score cards was them last two knockdowns, other than that Tony was winning by a landslide

no the hell he wasn’t lmaoo

Just now watching the fights.

Crazy sequence of events in that Ajagba Kildaze fight. Ajagba gonna be a problem brehs.

Now on to the main event!

I disagree.
He’ll be nothing but a midcarder
