I'll say the same thing about Dante that I said about Danielson: Dante works an old school style.
Even though Dante is the best flippy wrestler in AEW, he gives his moves time to breathe instead of just running 100 mph.
Everything Dante does in the ring has meaning & purpose.

If there's anyone who could use the long hair, it's him. It's accentuate his aerial moves if cuz had even shoulder-length dreads.
It'd take him a long time to get there though. Easiest change is for sure some facial hair. Something.

Realistically, dude need to disappear a couple months and come back with a multi-colored sleeve tattoo. He's pale enough to get full color. That alone would refresh his look.
