Easier said than done but he should be a mix of Stone Cold and The Rock. The Rock had swag and Austin had the attitude.

He's more like Kevin Nash than he'll ever be The Rock.
Reigns is a lot more laid back like a Nash but he can effectively show intensity like a Austin.
Keep him smooth on the mic like Kevin but spearing heels and baby faces alike in the mold of an Austin when the bell rings and he's golden.
