Wont happen for another 3 years. Ramirez lost his pro debut after Bob Arum hyped him up, and then as a result got thrown to the bushes.
Ramirez wasnt thrown to the bushes. Matter of fact he fought on the same card last night

By bushes I didnt mean dropped from the company, I mean they stopped pushing him like he was the next star like they did prior to his debut. Even Stevenson was pushing the idea of them fighting soon until he got whopped then it was silence from then on.Ramirez wasnt thrown to the bushes. He ain't ready for somebody like Tank.time to get him in there with the big dawgs. i dont want to see anymore of this shiit
I don't think that's on him more than it's on the opponent.Shakur is talented but his fights are a bit laborious to sit thru
He ain't ready for somebody like Tank.
i think he is. at least it would be a fight. he hasnt been tested at allHe ain't ready for somebody like Tank.
Hmm I'd see how he does against someone like Tevin Farmer before I put him in with Tank.i think he is. at least it would be a fight. he hasnt been tested at all
so do you think farmer, then jojo, and then possibly tank?Hmm I'd see how he does against someone like Tevin Farmer before I put him in with Tank.
I can dig that. He needs a couple more fights at 130 before Tank imo. @patscorpio what you think?so do you think farmer, then jojo, and then possibly tank?
i agree...let him go after some of the 130 champs and contenders..to see where he isI can dig that. He needs a couple more fights at 130 before Tank imo. @patscorpio what you think?
He is ready for Tank but Floyd would not sign off on that right now. Tank has a definite chance to win and KO Shakur, but don't get it f*cked up, Shakur can win that fight.
Shakur needs to figure out a way to get these guys outta here so it's not going 12. Work on new setups/entries, punch selection, something so that he can force stoppages and each round doesn't look like a repeat of each other.I don't think that's on him more than it's on the opponent.
They pulled up a stat that said hiss opponent lands 4.7 punches per round in him. That basically means the other guy is on the defensive most of the match. He needs to do in there with someone that's willing to open up and take some chances.
