just that this is normal for him, he gets hit and gives up up first half of the fight counting on making up for it on the second half

If I'm scoring this fight as a judge you score it off the 4 scoring criteria. That's aggression, ring generalship, clean and effective punching, and defense and Fulton is clearly winning 3 of the 4 of those. Only one Figueroa has an argument for is aggression.
