Diamante is a textbook example of the value of ROH. She got so much better regularly working on there. More of the younger core of AEW needs to be on there regularly - Hook, Garcia, Yuta, Nick Wayne, etc. The one thing a young grappler needs is experience and most of them aren't getting it in AEW.

There's a lot of veterans working in ROH that know how to wrestle and put on a quality match. Their problem is that's literally all they know how to do, but that's perfect for young wrestlers that need the experience.
