It's that the crowd as a whole is smart enough to know nothing on this show matters. No lasting consequences for most of the matches because the wrestlers are separated across brands so this is some dumb out-of-canon show. And even this match, that has consequences... well. It'd be a better match on Takeover, and anyone who knows who both these people in the ring are watch NXT enough to know that. It's like a show filled with pointless matches that advance nothing, or matches that would be better elsewhere. This PPV is literally just a big-ass house show.
