Raw's winning. However, the best story is NXT winning and having an actual fallout where Raw/SD actually give a fukk about being the top brand and set out to make it right going to Mania while NXT continues to flourish and be the top brand.

But that requires a level of focus and long-game storytelling that only Bray Wyatt is capable of, and he was almost DOA after Hell in a Cell.
