They stayed screwing up with Nakamura on the main roster and despite that he stayed solidly over. They kept him losing to Jinder for reasons that still don't make sense. They botched a gift wrapped fued between him and AJ and the *only* reason it picked up at the end was Nak started putting a little story to the litany of low blows and trying to frame it as AJ being too emotional and easily manipulated. Then when he finally found a groove with the heel turn and the trolling and was building momentum they yanked him out of his own fued, replaced him with Orton and kept him off tv because... They didn't know what else to do.
This is ALL on creative being anything but. Nak has a reputation for being unmotivated and phoning it in but he has delivered pretty much every single time he got called on. This ain't on him "not having it", this is in them not knowing how to utilize a guy who does and never capitalizing on it when he was in perfect positions for them to do so.
Unsurprisingly this is dope
