Full Gear is normally their lowest buy rate PPV so wouldn't surprise me if they are trying to boost sales.

They spamming the same areas too much and jacked up their ticket prices a lot this year. Pretty good formula for having low attendance not even factoring anything regarding creative.

Not only that, but travelling for live tv is very expensive. Maybe AEW should go back to Daily's Place (which had a really nice wrestling atmosphere) for weekly shows & save the travel dates for ppvs.
