Name one fighter who tried to brawl with canelo and made him fall back.....golovkin stood his ground at times but for the most part he fought behind his jab. Danny got walked down for 10 out of 12 rounds. He had some success in the 2nd half cause he started moving better. But David doesn't have the boxing skills, footwork, or one punch power of Danny. David is much closer to the skill level of Callum smith than he is Danny Jacobs. Canelo will break David down just like the rest. We taking like canelos's sparring partner wasn't able to push David back and pin him against ropes just two fights ago


Canelo has been fighting high level boxers who he has to figure out for a few rounds. There won't be any of that with David. There's nothing complex about him. Canelo will be at his neck from the Jump. Like I said. It will be an exciting fight. But David won't win more rounds than plant, kovalev, or Jacobs.

We'll have to see, Benavidez is hungry. If Canelo doesn't get dude out of there early he will have problems, cats acting like Benavidez is a faded and undisciplined James Kirkland

I'm not even denying that David will stand his ground and hit canelo a lot. But canelo is gonna hit him much more, and much harder. His style plays right into canelo's hands. He's way too flat footed. If he was light on his feet I would be a little worried. But he's just a big ass Frankenstein muthafukker. It'll be a fun fight but David is gonna get hurt.

It’s the perfect style matchup for a great fight…An on point Charlo would be toughest he got the skills power and chin but he run hot and cold.

Benavidez ain’t that hard to push backward, Kyrone Davis was pushing him damn near cross the ring lol....y’all making it seem like I said he will beat Canelo lol…I just think he will do better since he coming to win instead of survive. He would be Canelo top opp since Danny Jacob and that’s facts

Like I said Canelo wasn’t running up on Jacobs and GGG with his hands down not jabbing either. He been walking his last opps without even jabbing. Breh thru about 10 jabs at plant lol…GGG/Nelo 1 had GGG being the aggressor the majority of time. We not about to rewrite history. Now the second fight was a different story.

High level boxers..BJS and Sweethandsyea that shyt look high level against scrubs but come on..168 has the weakest champs in all of boxing damn near the best fighter at 168 didn’t even have a belt. That run was a step above the Crawford 140 unification run.

And between the 3 u named none of them was really trying to go thru the fire to win. I bet David land more punches on Canelo than his last 6 opps…

Kind of like Floyd..his toughest fights later on in his career was when his opps thru caution to the wind.

I'm sure David will hit canelo a lot. But nothing he lands will deter canelo from coming forward. Name me one fighter who legit wanted to brawl with canelo and canelo backed down. And don't even say golovkin. Cause golovkin was in no way shape or form trying to brawl with canelo in that first fight. Even Max and Roy said the same during the telecast. That he was fighting too timid.

The media tried to paint the narrative after the fact that golovkin was coming forward throwing bombs but the truth is he fought more hesitant than ever in that first fight. Nowhere near the Terminator he had been up to that point. Are we forgetting canelo literally laying against the ropes and daring golovkin to come inside?.....are we forgetting golovkin threw damn near zero body punches because by his own trainers admission canelo's counter punching was too dangerous?

All this talk about that first fight yet canelo landed more power punches and did more damage overall. Why do you think in the rematch golovkin started retreating as soon as the bell rang?.....cause deep down he knew canelo was hurting him in the first fight. They both knew. Canelo's never backed down from a firefight. And it won't be any different with David. Canelo's gonna permanently damage this kid.

I think David is a good boxer, but canelo would work him. He should also probably move to 175.
