I'm not a fitness person. I'm old brehs...I turn 41 this year and I have never been a gym guy. Never liked working out. I'm not going to fool myself into thinking I'm one now.

That said, I have been in shape when I was younger, through activities. But nowadays I just sit around. I'm around average size, I just got a belly now.

Along with diet, can push ups get rid of belly fat?

Never too old.....we are the same age.

Not very much. I work in an office. I'm an accountant.

I do work on the 5th floor so I take the steps instead of the elevator. I also park on the 5th level on the garage and walk.

That's about the only exercise I get during the day. On weekends I just feel like relaxing and doing nothing.

You gonna have to put some cardio in there..

I like to run, but their is boxing,bicycle riding etc that can help you shed the fat..

Nothing like putting some headphones and becoming one with nature:banderas:

I have been thinking about bike riding. If not an actual bike then the stationary and some shadow boxing.

Got me be cautious if you don’t plan on lifting. Without know your current body comp :dame:. a ton of cardio could leave you skinny fat.

Make sure to be honest with what you are trying to achieve. If all you need to do is lose belly fat it’s of course achieveable.

Simple answer yes but what are we trying to do? Build muscle or lose fat? You can’t truly do both. Also to be honest at our age you have to really be careful with the volume on your joints doing body weight.

Lose fat. Not trying even trying to get fit really. Just lose belly fat.

So cardio is the answer...just be cautious to not be skinny fat like you said.

Nutrition has to be on point as well. Fair warning that you can’t spot reduce fat so cardio might not get you there. Try it out but it might not be the best path.

Man I got mad sick for the last two weeks. Malaria is a bytch brehs.

Not really letal for people like me here in Angola. But it'll knock you out your feet for a good minute.
