I'm not a fitness person. I'm old brehs...I turn 41 this year and I have never been a gym guy. Never liked working out. I'm not going to fool myself into thinking I'm one now.
That said, I have been in shape when I was younger, through activities. But nowadays I just sit around. I'm around average size, I just got a belly now.
Along with diet, can push ups get rid of belly fat?
