Brehs, I tried the Superman pushups. I couldn't do a single one it's these:

I basically just laid belly down on the floor straining and flexing every muscle from the waist up trying to do one. But I couldn't move
hit my 100th day today
was gonna do a lil' write up on how this has helped me to improve, but it's Saturday, i'm drunk and we BBQin' downstairs but i'll def do one later
To the dudes who completed the 100 days (or even those about 25 days in) what benefits have you noticed. Increased strength? Better chest definition? Better conditioning? Speak on it.
aight...so during my 100 days i went from being able to not even hit ten pushups, to being able to hit around 50 sloppy pushups, to going back down to 20 proper pushups to being able to hit 55 fundamentally sound pushups in one clip...def a mental transformation as i started realizing i was cheating myself with the half ass pushups and had to lose over half of my reps tryin to get it right, but i'm happy i did it...
i went from it physically and mentally taking me damn near thirty minutes to knock it out to being able to get it done in 5 minutes...
i def got some noticeable upper body definition, not solely in my chest, but i've also done more than 100 push ups on some days...
i think i read some body builder saying you shouldn't even got to the gym unless you can hit 100 pushups a clip, so that's my new goal...
Gonna go back to basics this week and just do 100 knuckle push-ups... I want to be able to do the Superman push-ups though. I found this article on them. I've gotta train to get to the point where I can do them.
That being said, even if I do manage to be able to do one or even a few of them, I seriously doubt I'll be getting anywhere close to 100 a day
