That situation was way worse than just bullying though. The teacher was directly involved and set the tone for that environment.

I've gone to a white school in a white suburban area for 5 year's. This kind of stuff didn't happen there. This is their culture in that town. I'm in Houston and never ever seen this. It could definitely happen anywhere, especially in Texas.
