I was lukewarm on bringing Fitz back, but if that's what he wants or feels that he needs to do then whatever. I'm all for athletes trying to get as much bread as they can, but I think everyone knows that this year was a product of Chan and Decker/Marshall. This is what Fitz does though, has one average-good season and then dupe the next sucker. I'm all for Geno and Petty duking it out with whatever third option we draft.
Who is a three down plug in the middle outside of two or three players in the league?Eh, I'm not too mad about it. On one hand, Snacks was a great run defender and was great at eating up blockers. But on the other hand, he was a 2 down tackle that didn't offer much in the passing game. I'm not keen on giving somebody like that big money.
