one thing that i wondered about the movie....was the reason Alonzo did everything he did to Jake simply because they assigned him a new partner to train?...cuz as much pull as he had....he could have had jake reassigned or rescheduled....
also....glad denzel was thinkin on his feet when he added that King Kong line....but he's not the first actor to adlib a famous movie line...(e.g. Denero's "you talkin to me" line)....but def a good save makin that line come to life....can't picture the movie without it...
