by now i like biggies music better than pac's (used to be the other way around when i was younger), but half of this list is complete bullshyt. bigge was the better mc, pac was the more influential rapper, it's that simple.
junior mafia was not better than the outlawz, they were the epitome of weedcarriers, they were so whack, biggie didn't even put them on his own albums. biggie might have been the king of new york, but at that time the westcoasts was more relevant and pac was the king of the west. biggie didn't give a platform to female mc's, he gave a platform to his mistresses. and as for no. 10 i don't even know how the came up with that. they might be talking about jay-z, but tupac is the most emulated rapper ever and influenced generations of rap stars. i give them number 1 and 2, the rest is either debatable or not true.
I agree with you for the most part, but please list this plethora of influenced rappers by name and explain exactly how he influenced them and what its worth for hip hop in the end. I keep hearing this, but the only clear example I can find is The Realest and Nas writing some shyt on his gut.
