Honestly, that was best Wilder fight against Tyson but like I said in round 2, he was gassed already. Wilder just need a better trainer. Since he got a new trainer and don't see nothing change.

There’s only so much improvement you can make as a grown man. Instincts and bad habits kick in when fists are coming at your face

fury won fair and square
im just sayin wilder had early knockdowns in their first fight as well. and hurt fury numerous times in fights 1 and 3. fight 2 was a complete blowout. so that doesnt help da arugment that something was off that night

The reason Fight 2 was different, was as a good boxer Fury switched his game plan from Fight 1. Fight 1 Fury did the evasive/ defensive style fearing of Wilder's punching power. He then got knocked down. Decided to be aggressive knowing he had nothing to lose and realised Wilder couldn't handle the pressure at the end of the fight. So he decided for Fight 2 to be aggressive which Wilder couldn't handle as he didn't have the tools to.

Fight 3 basically the same. Wilder however now aware that Fury can go centre of the ring and dominate. Wilder tried to adjust ever so slightly but apart from managing to get those knock downs, it was same as Fight 2 really.

He did make adjustments, he just looked better his last fight, his head movement wasn’t as good as before and he didn’t lookin shape.. regardless he got into form in the second part of the fight.
He looked a lot better tonight considering Wilder was a lot better. It was easy to look good when Wilder was completely confused from the offset and it looked like a mismatch in the 2nd fight. This fight is where Fury really had to make adjustments. He didn't adjust shyt in the 2nd fight.

That was never going to happen. He improved but he was never going to outbox Fury he needed to stop him.

Agreed, but don’t you think Wilder could’ve won if his training focused on footwork, body shots and knockouts? He didn’t exploit Fury’s biggest weakness, weighing 300 lbs.

so this is the new angle that will replace the loaded gloves story

:patrice::patrice::patrice:

Ain't no angle, jus facts. Ward called it live between rounds. Sd ref was mad slow in both counts and what was up wit that. Go back and re watch

Basically once wilder was beyond exhaustion fury was able to finish em.

This is why I hate 12 round fights in boxing sometimes nt the better fighter wins jus da better gas tank

Let the excuses begin, and the parroting of a "slow count" continue.:dead:.

I even noticed the count seemed slow live. I honestly think Fury would've beat both anyway, especially the first. It still felt off, which I hate any reason for controversy on such a good fight

damn you must have saw a completely different fight than the one I did…

maybe I was watching the wrong shyt
It was a great fight but a masterclass. Nah. A masterclass is what Floyd did to canelo. What b hop did to pavlik. This was just a great fight between two warriors. They both looked sloppy as hell though:yeshrug:

To me he looked exactly the same as the last fight until he got knocked out, he kept trying to close the distance and keep wilder on the back foot but he got cracked. After that Fury adjusted and had a different approach with the counter hook.

Maybe he looked better in the last fight to you because Wilder was trash the last fight.

Fury missed opportunities that he would've pounced on before.... he looked off, extra flabby, and he was eating shots he'd almost never take before. Dude was lunging square into Wilder's power at some points tonight.

He's still an all-time fighter but I can't say this was anything close to one of his best nights.

I thought this too. Fury denied he didn’t have a great camp, but I think the truth is he probably wasn’t as well conditioned as when he went into the 2nd fight. They said he had some stuff going on with his newborn, was sleeping on the hospital floor and shyt. That has to affect your prep. But they’re all professionals, dude defended his belt and deserves major respect once again

Exactly
Which is why I'm puzzled why anyone thinks he needs to retire

This is boxrec current top 10
1. Fury
2. Usyk
3. Joshua
4. Wilder
5. Whyte
6. Parker
7. Hunter
8. Ruiz
9. Chisora
10. Pulev

Do y'all really think Wilder can't KO everyone in that 5-10 group?
I mean I'm not saying they're all easy fights but I think at worst he's even odds

This.

Dudes are overreacting like crazy. Theres not a fighter on this list Wilder couldnt knock out on a given night. And God help Anthony Joshua if he ever felt that right hand clean.

This was not a good fight, some of y'all are wilin. It had its moments, but Wilder was gassed R3 on. Sloppy haymaker throwing does not a good fight make. Wilder showed heart, but yall need to realize everyone connected to boxing has incentive to hype everything right now.

Wow two white guys hold all the belts and they are not named klitchko.

We could have had the first unified champion in decades being black if it wasn’t for Wilder. Now it could possibly be two cacs making history and establishing their legacy. Joshua needs to win that rematch like a beast and make a statement.:francis:
