I believe storyline wise as long as Broken Matt owns the rights to the name "Jeff Hardy" and Jeff's soul remains "obsolete" he is always in Brother Nero mode... unless he dipped in the waters of Matt Hardy's regeneration lake

Hence why I say when this is all said and done they need to have The Final Deletion 3: The Un-Deletion... that's when Broken Matt has a change of heart and he along with Senior Benjamin and Vanguard 1 finds and restores Jeff's soul
