The boxing world got their feelings crushed the past 2 weeks with victories by Teo and Tank. They wanted them to lose so bad, especially the ESPN (Top Rank) announcers and the Showtime announcers. The commentary is sickening towards the Black or Latino fighters, depending on who’s fighting.

Black vs. any color- they minimize the Black breh

Latino vs. White- they minimize the Latino breh

And it’s purposefully done to keep us down. That’s why I mute when I start hearing over the top hype. I miss when fights were called without hidden agendas.

Mufukkas be overly critical of black fighters and make them jump through hoops to get the same praise these other fighters get for doing the bare minimum to get.

Mufukkas in here saying Tank was getting hit a lot like instant replay didn't show Tank was slipping and blocking so many of Leo punches, he showed incredible defensive prowess tonight, but I guess cause nikkas eyes can't see shyt in real time and they had to see it on replay it don't count. :mjlol:

Hopefully LSC got his payday, was a stupid fight to take but I guess he had to due to his extremely questionable legacy

Who's Mayweather gonna help when it's Tank vs Devin :lupe:

Shakur Stevenson vs Tank :mjpls:

Shakur wants to be his own man, doubt he gives 2 fukks. Doubt we ever see tank versus devin.

Still seems salty lol
“Mayweather, to be honest, he basically hyped me up to think I was on his list and when the time came they didn’t really send no paperwork or nothing, so he was never really an option,” Stevenson told RingTV.com on Friday. “He was all talk. It was very disappointing because of the fact that I looked up to him and I felt he was one of the greatest boxers that ever lived. So it was really disappointing. But it is what it is and everything happens for a reason. I’m ready to turn the page.

Damn, a night full of brutal KOs sheesh.

My man Rougarou did the job but he better make weight next time otherwise, he would definitely be ducking Hooker. I like his weird rhythm and boxing style overall with excellent head movement. A bit too overconfident at times but thats how it is. Hopefully man keeps it up and secure his name as #2 in 140 again. Wouldnt mind a rematch with Taylor which I can see him taking.

Regarding Tank, I thought he was the favorite so Im not surprised by result but I didnt expect such a KO. Even though I think he is really a 135er, that fight was an excellent test he passed withflying colors. LSC's high output was a good matchup against Tank's low but deadly one and up until the KO both were almost even to me. LSC managed to touch him up good but then Davis started to walk through the punches with the high guard and that's when he's feeling comfy. That uppercut of his has been elite for ever (one of his most famous KO is the one where he uppercuts a dude 4 or 5 times in a row) and that mostly will be his top highlight for the future. And his counters are super explosive, from my couch, his lightning quick counters look scary, cant imagine how they feel in the ring.

With his KO rate and above all the diversity of his KOs, dude has all he takes to be a star. Only his discipline would prevent him from doing so IMO. 135 looks incredible, elite young dudes with excellent vets and I wouldnt mind some SuperSeries tournament though I dont think Teo will stay there long. My bet the young wolves will most likely meet up at 140.

Tank is starting to make a case for being on the P4P list though. He fits all the criteria to be on it.
Come on :whoa: Gamboa and LSC are good names but they were past their primes. Let Tank beat Haney or Teo then you got a point.

Gervonta has shown an ability to close the distance vs everyone's he's faced. And I haven't seen enough from Garcia to convince me he can keep him off of him. I think it'd be an interesting matchup but there's no way I could favor Garcia against him.

Tank is a natural scrapper/willing to take some hits, tough to get away from those types of guys

the fighters who ive considered risk averse from the PBC for years now..the ones that benefitted from favorable matchmaking with inflated purses...that generation is slowly starting to fall..LSC is just the latest casualty..although to be fair he did make a fight out of it and the scores were dumb close before he got dropped

danny garcia could be next
