I don't think Stevenson lacks power, it's just not in his style to sit on his punches and put all his weight behind them very often.
I can tell he can throw heavy if he really wanted, he's just waiting and not forcing it

Yeah, he looks strong this fight. He just doesn't press the issue enough. This been a tko waiting to happen since the third, but Shakur never pressed in there moments when he had Herring hurt.
