Find companies doing ICOs and register although most aren’t available to U.S customers anyway. Ico alert has a list of pretty much all the upcoming ICOs.
Do these companies ask for your social and drivers license like the exchanges do?
That will require a deposit usually in ETH or BTC. Do your research though. ICO Scam is crazy high.

put some of it in, I wouldn't recommend coin chasing so heavy though
