Yep. I created one, but don't know how to move my coins off binance into the wallet. Is there a need to even do so?

Did you save the paper wallet, PW and private key? To get in the wallet you click "view wallet info" then you enter your private key, make sure the private key isn't saved online at all. After that you'll have a public address, you can copy that and paste it into the Binance withdrawl address.

Make 100% sure they're ERC20 coins, and 100% certain you can get in and out of the wallet before you send.

If you're whitelisted you will be buying before it hits an exchange. You have to have your ETH ready in a wallet you control, like myethetwallet, and send it from there. You CANNOT send ETH straight from coinbase or binance or you will lose all your money

Oh snap so basically we I got from right now to when they make an announcement to get one of those desktop ETH wallets and put some ETH in there. Myethetwallet is a good one?

I'm in on Rentberry & Telcoin already, Nucleus looks like it's the one though, I'd put some real money into it and just chill.

I think nucleus is closed right now , still they may not been have enough tokens to go around , might be a strategy in their part to drive price up due to demand . They have a disclaimer that white list doesn't guarantee you'll get coins

Ok, so pertaining to Nucleus, you still buy in with Eth.

Now i'm about to open up my ledger S hard wallet but, question, will i be able to use it to transfer the Eth straight to the nucleaus folks just like i would MEW (as easy and efficiently, etc) or is MEW or some desktop wallet more desired for something like this?

Yes you need to setup a wallet on myetherwallet, make sure you can restore it from your saved file, practice sending and receiving a small amount of ETH as well. As far as buying ETH right now, its at an all time high today so you have to make the decision to buy now or later or wait and flip something you're holding
