WAN was excludeed from the USA offering (as was China,which is funny since it's Chinese Ripple lol). you have to chase them down, register usually on their ICO sites. Move ETH ( if they are ETH tokens) to their wallets. NEver transfer ETH from an exchange directly cuz you will lose your ETH.

I'd like to know what process Ian is doing , since he's pretty public about it and I assume he's a US resident. Or if he's waiting for it to hit the secondary market.
