what specifically happened in japan i didnt understand it...:patrice:
I believe it was that their 10 year yield got raided from a max of .25 to .50.

Seems like lots of people invest in them.

The 10-year Treasury yield is closely watched as an indicator of broader investor confidence. Because Treasury bills, notes, and bonds carry the full backing of the U.S. government, they are viewed as one of the safest investments.

Japan is third biggest economy behind US and China so they can move the needle too. Plenty of imports especially cars and car parts, electrical machinery, mineral fuels including oil. And the USD dropped against the yen. So let's say we were buying something at 140 yen for a dollar and the dollar is worth 130 yen now, then we would have to pay more to cover the difference if the item is still the same price over there. Now multiply that by billions since they our 4 biggest trade partner. They raise prices, we pay more.

Anyone here ever successfully withdraw money from the VEVE app? There seems to be a $1000 dollar minimum and they charge you at least 10% to withdraw your money.
i never was able to get anything when i tried a few drops and i know there was some kyc thing you had to do to be eligible for withdrawal. i see a 500 gem minimum for payout. of course i only have 200 smh. seems to be a dollar a gem. hopefully they lower it cuz it seems to have been a failing concept. maybe it'll improve when market conditions do.

I'm curious to know how much influencers have an effect on the market, especially Capo. Has to be a big one. Especially with retail.
Massive.
The media is also influenced by them because they're quick to use them as a source when they spread FUD.
The recent Binance FUD campaign was started by CoinMamba's reach. It started a bankrun and selloff of BNB.

Capo screams hammer whenever BTC runs to push suppression then hides from Twitter when things don't go his way.
He'll come out of hiding when the market drops from a black swan event, then pat himself on the back as if it was his call and not the event. This is the same guy that called $200k-$500K BTC during BTC's run so I'm sure there are a number of his followers holding that bag.

I see this hype around the move but I'm skeptical cause its just a new standard
. really has nothing to do with blockchain. I don't know why this narrative is so popular
I guess bc the math is adding up. Various ppl connect the dots and it starts to make sense.
Then u see leaders of nations using the lingo. Starts to get real interesting.
Im skeptical too just less than I was a year ago.

They're close to finishing gems to crypto, which I'm waiting for. I think that'll have better bang for your buck, and I'm hoping it boosts the market. I have a bunch of grails from being an early adopter. If there's another bull run, I'll probably sell some stuff off and cash out but hang on to a chunk and hope it goes back to all-time highs.
