Today kind of went as expected - "I just have a feeling this isn't going to do much and market will go up, leaning to priced in already"
Crypto up, Stock Market up, Dow highest close in 7 weeks.
24hr, up almost 6%. Maybe it will go down a little overnight but the end result looks like a gain over the day.
Tomorrow, this - Friday - PCE - Personal Consumption Expenditures Price Index
Don't think will have any affect, some low indicator, not a market shifting one.
So the question is where does it go from here.
It kind of makes sense when some say later in year it will take a dip. In recession, inflation still high, still some supply chain issues, still a war in Russia etc. But Unemployment is low, gas prices still going down.
The Unemployment may change tho. What Crypto Eunicorn said makes sense. https://twitter.com/Eunicedwong
Economy hasn't felt the impact of the higher rates yet.
They'll make it more expensive for businesses to grow.
They'll cut costs, possibly laying off people.
Unemployment rises.
People spend less, consumer spending goes down.
And all this can be start to being felt later this year, which may trigger a downturn.
