as to the former, it’s become more difficult…US citizens are often not allowed to partake in ICOs…in some instances they allow it if you’re an accredited investor and even then some ICOs now limit buyers to a certain amount to make it “fair” for other investors to have an opportunity to buy…there’s sometimes a pre-ICO phase as well…in those instances you’re allowed to buy as much as you want if you commit to a minimum amount

- No Coinbase listing yet

(because of overwhelming real world use case demand)
