Need this bull market to continue for a while. I've been so tempted to just quit my job recently and just focus on crypto. We had a big meeting in the morning the other day, and our "leadership" group and regional directors have been clueless the last year. I didn't realize one of them went to the restroom near where myself and a bunch of others were, and I guess he heard me say, "Maybe if leadership took their heads out of their ass for once in the past year, we wouldn't have so many failures here. That's when happens when you put a bum in leadership".
I'm ready to just leave and I hope crypto can pay everything for me.

I'm in a 100% commission based job, and myself and some others have gotten the raw end of the deal for the past year. We've gotten screwed, and every two weeks when we have a meeting in the morning, nothing changes. I can't stand it anymore, and my patience is wearing thin with clients as well. I'm ready to just do my own thing.

I hope everyone in here can be in a position to either leave their job one day, or at least not have to work as much as many do. I just want that flexibility and freedom to do what I want. Since 2017, I've gone from five figures in savings, to high six figures, back down to mid five figures, back up to six figures, and up to seven figures. I want to make sure I don't screw up going forward. Don't want to take for granted the blessings of crypto and get too greedy.
At my job, reps will make anywhere from $50,000-$200,000 in a year. I was fortunate to be far past the first number. The person in management that tried to call me out for something is one that had a nickname called "4k Johnny", as people said he was "only" making $4,000/month when many were making more. I was so damn close to calling him that and leaving, but I just couldn't do it.
