It's on kraken. If you're in NY they restrict you from buying with usd. What I do is I buy ether on Coinbase and transfer it over to kraken and buy siacoin with it

It's a loophole.
But I'll admit, I did say on kraken that my location is in NJ. But it's not like they asked for my social and/or ID. Only NY and Washington residents are restricted on Kraken, but they don't exactly need your legit information in order to trade on an unverified account. And you don't need a VPN to trade either. An unverified account leaves you stuck at the 5k withdrawal limit, which is fine with me. Worst case scenario if I have a coin that reaches higher than 5k, I'll just convert it to usdc coin, dai or tether or some shyt so it doesn't lose it's value while I'm withdrawing daily
