Without completing verification, you have full access to the exchange, but your daily withdrawal limit is capped at 2 BTC.

Click on the person icon (Second from the right), then click on Deposit for Bitcoin and use the barcode or address to send from your Coinbase or whereever you got you bitcoin at. You cant use your bank account or anything like that to fund your Binance account.
